Solanum lycopersicum

A popular heirloom hailing from – you guessed it – Naples, Italy. It's a heavy yielding paste-type tomato, bearing small-medium elongated fruits in long, luscious trusses (hence the fingers reference!).

Its flavour is richer than the classic San Marzano, with fewer seeds and a stunning meaty flesh, it makes a superior choice for authentic Italian dishes.
