Capsicum chinense
Bred by chilli breeder Nick Woods of Fire Woods, Grantham, Lincolnshire. It is said to be a three-way cross; however, the chilli varieties that were crossed are unknown. These peppers mature from green to red and are medium to large in size. The extreme heat hits you up front, with fruity flavours that follow.
