Cucurbita moschata

This cute miniature butternut was developed by the Vegetable breeding Institute of Cornell University. When mature the skin is a burnt orange colour with a deep orange colour flesh that is rich and sweet. Its growth habit is semi-vining.

Honeynut butternuts are ready for harvest in 110 days.
