• Royalty Purple Podded Bush Bean Beans

Phaseolus vulgaris

This variety was bred by the late Prof. Elwyn Meader.

The tasty, stringless, slightly curved and round, deep purple pods are ready to harvest in 50 -60 days to be added into your salads, stir-frys or stews. The pods do lose their colour when cooked.

The plant grows in a bush form that is strong and upright with a few short runners. The plants are resistant to Bean Common Mosaic Virus.
