A pale Siberian variety that brings a sweet and tender taste to your dishes. These leaves are delicious raw in salads but do turn slightly sweeter when cooked. These beautiful deep green frilly leaves are complimented by white stems and do well in soups, stews, casseroles, and side dishes.
