Also known as Aji Dulce or Aji Gustoso, this beauty is from the Caribbean and Latin America where it is a key ingredient in traditional dishes. A mild perennial pepper that ripens from purple to green to orange to red. This crisp, non-pungent fruit delivers a wonderful smoky flavour and very subtle heat.
