Capsicum annuum

The yellow version of the Asti Red Sweet Pepper. A prolific producer of large yellow block bell peppers that are sweet and juicy.

These peppers lend a sweet and fragrant nuance to any dish. Delicious raw in salads, lightly fried in stir-fries, stuffed with fillings of your choice and baked or simply added to any cooked meal. The peppers start off a lovely deep green colour and as they ripen turn a brilliant, bright canary yellow.
