Tasting Notes:

Robust, mouth-filling flavour that lingers for a long time.

One of the first comments is that it's creamy with a full flavour.

Very mild burn that takes a while to appear.

Has slight pepper undertones that give this garlic a more-ish aspect.

Super impressed with this variety.

This Asiatic variety in a smaller headed variety that will not give you the biggest heads. However that is where all comparison stops.

The flavour of this variety is truly something to behold. Definitely a full flavoured garlic without any heavy pungency or heat. The flavour lingers in your mouth, something that a number of our staff have commented on. An interesting characteristic is that the flavour of the raw garlic makes you mouth feel full, and it leaves a meaty, Maggi herb-like (Lovage) flavour in your mouth.

This garlic is set to become one of our favourite garlic's and we expect it to pair very well with red meat and full bodied wines.

If you live in a winter rainfall area, we strongly recommend that you use Biogrow Copper Soap on your garlic plants. Spray preventatively for rust every 2-3 weeks with a mixture of 50% of the minimum dose and water.
