Phaseolus vulgaris
A stunning pole bean variety with beautiful pink pods in the green bean stage. Produces a stunning dry bean with creamy, tan, brown seed. These beans have a deliciously rich flavour and texture. Great for use in soups and stews or for making a superb bean dip, with a simple addition of a few herbs and a squeeze of lemon juice.
The plant can grow up to 2.5m tall and will need ample support.
