Another super exiting find, gifted to us by another seed saver, this heritage Japanese variety is the crown prince of heirloom soy varieties. With almost double the anti-oxidant content than normal yellow soy. Not as heavy yielding as the yellow soy, this is still a really splendid variety to have in your garden.
