Fantastic spinach, by far our favourite in the garden. While the Rainbow Chard looks great, this tastes phenomenal. The flavour is equally good cooked and raw, and it makes a great addition to salads as well. The kids adore these and eat the leaves raw out of the garden, and that's a big bonus.

Blanched or stir fried is also a great way to cook them. They grow really well and they do tend to suffer a bit in colder weather. This will be another staple in my house.
