The latest release in "new" tomato colours. There are open pollinated varieties that have been bred using traditional methods and at the same time utilising old or wild strains of tomatoes.

All the blue / indigo tomatoes are a deep blue / indigo black colour while ripening and then the will ripen with varying shades of red / yellow while keeping the blue shoulders. The flavour does change as the tomatoes ripen.

These are really tasty and have a stunning yellow skin with deep purple / blue shoulders. They really pop in a salad. This tomato is crack resistant and highly prolific... as in bunny rabbit prolific.
