BP1 is a real beauty. A strong producer of white fleshed tubers and it really stands out on the plate. Produces very well under most soil types and is the preferred potato variety for housewives.
Has plenty of pretty blue flowers with a white edge.
BP1 is a strong grower and will take 90-110 days to die back once it has started to emerge. The nice thing is the BP1 is immune to wart diseases.
Has an outstanding yield potential. Production can be limited if too much nitrogen is added to the soil.
