This is a beauty, although not the most productive of brinjals. However, if you are a brinjal fanatic and are looking for something that will stand out, this is the plant for you. It looks like a white heirloom tomato. The smooth, creamy flesh is best eaten where it's flavour is able to stand out. Stir-frying is a good method to bring out the flavour.
