Eragrostis tef

A traditional East African grain predominantly used to make an Ethiopian fermented/sourdough type flatbread call Injera.

This reddish brown teff makes for an excellent substitute for mash and polenta and is awesome as a sweet tasty breakfast porridge. A tiny grain with a lot of punch, it's easy to understand why it is a staple food in Northern and Eastern Africa.

Quey Teff is naturally Gluten free with a delicious sweet flavour and is rich in calcium, Protein, and Fiber.

Ready to harvest around 110 days.
