Solanum lycopersicum
An indeterminate beefsteak tomato boasting bi-coloured fruits with hints of yellow/gold popping through pinkish-red skin.
The dense fruits are slightly flatter than other beefsteak varieties with small indents and average between 400g and 1kg, but can grow to record-breaking weights on properly well-tended and fertilized plants.
They are deliciously sweet, fleshy tomatoes and make a great addition to any salad or sandwich, or can be enjoyed as a snack on their own.
