Brassica oleracea capitata
A very popular round cabbage variety that produces exceptionally firm tasty heads. The large heads are flattened like a drum and are blue/green in colour, with a good covering of wrapper leaves. It stores well, has a nice peppery flavour that softens with cooking. 100 days from transplant.
This is a really great all year cabbage with a good heat tolerance and head set.
