Love at first sight! Had to have, and NO regrets! The aren't enormous but are sweet and aromatic. We've used dozens of these cosmic purple carrots in evening meals and usually I don't even peel them. Just lop off the tops and tips (halve the biggest ones) and pop them in a stew. They're great in salads too!
