Not often does a garlic arrest your attention, Donostia Red is one of those. It's really pretty, has a great flavour profile raw (hectically pungent) and sublime when cooked with a mild creamy garlic flavour and texture.

These guys store so well that they can be kept almost a full year in the kitchen.

These are really a superb variety for the home gardener.

If you live in a winter rainfall area, we strongly recommend that you use Biogrow Copper Soap on your garlic plants. Spray preventatively for rust every 2-3 weeks with a mixture of 50% of the minimum dose and water.
