One of the most superb lettuces to grow in spring as it can handle the heat better than most. This is a Batavian-type variety that is generally green speckled with red in summer, but as soon as there is a bit of cold, a beautiful deep wine-red colour becomes more apparent.
High bolt/heat resistance.
Ready for harvest at around 70+ days.
