Brassica oleracea capitata

A flavourful, dense and sweet cabbage, which produces lovely blue-green, slightly crinkled wrapper leaves that are perfect for stuffings and fillings. This cabbage variety produces up to 2kg compact heads that are slow bolting, grow well in warmer climates and store excellently.

Cabbage that is refrigerated can last anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months depending on its freshness and the amount of humidity in your crisper drawer.

These dark blue-green heads take 75 days to maturity.
