Glebionis coronaria, formerly Chrysanthemum coronarium

The edible Chrysant is a lovely addition to your salad, or to use as a garnish on your presentation plate. All parts of the plant can be used, leaves, flowers and stems. It is a quick growing green that will have you picking the first leaves for your salad early in spring. Give it lots of compost and water for fast growth.
