NOTE: 2025 Garlic will be shipped from the 20th of January on a FIFO basis.Giant garlic is not actually a garlic, it is a member of the Leek family that looks, tastes and behaves like a garlic. A mild flavoured garlic much favoured as it's easy to peel and produces impressively large cloves. Elephant garlic often produces flower spikes that should be removed as the production of flowers draw energy away from making big tasty cloves. This is the latest planting garlic and should be planted after the middle of March upto the middle of April.
If you live in a winter rainfall area, we strongly recommend that you use Biogrow Copper Soap on your garlic plants. Spray preventatively for rust every 2-3 weeks with a mixture of 50% of the minimum dose and water.
