Cynara cardunculus

A large cardoon variety which has large ribs and large leaves. They make for an interesting contrast in your garden, especially when in flower. The Giant White is a larger variety with thicker stalks and the plants can grow to 1.5 meters tall. Plant at least 2 plants per cardoon lover in the household to ensure adequate supply.

Ready to harvest around 120 days after transplant.
