• Golden Globe Beetoot Beetroot

Beta vulgaris var crassa

A beautiful golden yellow beetroot, released in the USA in the early 1940's. This beetroot was bred specifically to cater for the gourmet market that was looking for a non-staining beetroot. These delightful yellow beets taste exactly like normal red beets, without the associated staining ability. Holds their colour well in casseroles.
