Pisum sativum

A stunning yellow mangetout pea variety. This variety has green foliage and produces stunning purple flowers with yellow pods.

Can be eaten as a tasty and health snack or an addition to salads and stir-fries.

The pods are harvested while they are still flat and the peas inside have not developed. The pods can be left to swell up, however this makes the pods fibrous.
