Solanum lycopersicum
An exceptionally rare tomato from the island of Athos. It is believed to be one of the tomato varieties that are grown in the Dionysiou Monastery. This great tasting tomato holds together very well, does well as a slicer and can also be processed. Use on sandwiches and in salads.
