A prolific producer of green finger-like brinjals that have a thin and tender skin and a sweet, smooth textured, almost seedless flesh.
At their absolute best harvested young, under 10cm, and while their skin is still glossy. These sweet and tender fruits lend themselves well to stir fries, for grilling, sliced and added to stews, and they even make great pickles.
