Purple Glazer is a very well known heirloom variety that has a rich history. Originating from Southern Russia, Purple Glazer is probably one of the more beautiful varieties available.

A strong but not overpowering garlic flavour that is not over bearing, with a well rounded flavour.

Stunning satin smooth wrappers that peel away to show off the stunning colours of the underlayers. Cloves skins are sometimes tinged brown.

If you live in a winter rainfall area, we strongly recommend that you use Biogrow Copper Soap on your garlic plants. Spray preventatively for rust every 2-3 weeks with a mixture of 50% of the minimum dose and water.
