Anethum graveolens

This very flavourful herb is used in a variety of ways. The fern-like fronds make a welcome addition to a green salad, the entire herb; seeds flowers stalks and leaves (basically everything except the dirt) can be used in pickles. The seeds are most often used in savory dishes and pickling.
