Capsicum chinense



This is a rare habanero type chilli, thought to originate from the Yucatan peninsula, Mexico.

An easy to grow variety that produces abundant oblong fruits of around 6cm long and 4cm wide. The fruits ripen from a light green through to a deep red, with that typical fruity habanero heat that always impresses.
