Solanum lycopersicum

An indeterminate tomato variety originating from Spain. This beefsteak-type tomato is red with green shoulders and has slight ribs. Not an exceptionally pretty-looking tomato, but what it lacks in looks it makes up for in production and sweet, fruity flavour. The fruits have dense, firm flesh with average sizes of 150-200g per fruit.

The fleshy all-purpose tomatoes make fantastic sauce and paste tomatoes and are tasty additions to a salad, stew, or as a slicer.

Ready for harvest in 90 days after transplant.
