Apium graveolens

This celery variety is a magnificent addition to your garden and culinary creations. Used in soups, stews, salads, and as a garnish, the pink-and-white striped stalks and green-to-deep-red leaves will brighten any dish.

It has a spicy celery flavour and tends to keep its colour when cooked. Leaves freeze and dry well.
