Capsicum annuum

A hot long and thin cayenne variety which ripens from green to red. The fruits have an upright growth habit on the bush and some may have a curved end tip and a creased skin.

With its typical Cayenne flavour, this variety is great to spice up and lift the nuances of any dish without overdoing the heat. Can be used fresh or dried and ground into a flavourful chilli powder to spice things up.
