Ugly Duckling is a French Heirloom ornamental pumpkin. It is a Cinderella type pumpkin with its skin colour ranging from pale yellow to a deep dark orange with an occasional green stripe. The skin is slightly rough with a few bumps on.The thick flesh is deliciously sweet with a custard-like flavour.
