Solanum melongena
Stunning dark purple, cylindrical brinjals that grow up to 15cm in length. They can be harvested when finger-sized but may also be allowed to grow larger with no sacrifice of its mild taste and tender texture. The plants are strong, productive and early producing with a pleasant, mild flavour. Purple Finger brinjals are greatly enjoyed grilled or in stir-fries.
Fruits are ready to harvest in 65 days.
