Tagetes erecta

These stunning Marigold Giants make a superb display in any garden with their bright yellow and orange blooms. Growing up to 75cm tall, they make a lovely back border in your flower bed. Marigolds can be planted from late spring all the way through summer, taking up to 3 months to bloom, they put on a great show over the season.

While Tagetes species are predominantly grown for ornamental purposes, studies have shown them to suppress up to 14 genera of plant parasitic nematodes, being highly toxic to them. A useful and pretty addition to the garden.
