Moroccan Creole was originally collected in a small town called Essaouira in Morocco,

Creole garlic are well known for a few characteristics, medium size cloves, long storage and intense heat if eaten raw and a sublime mild creamy flavour once roasted or cooked.

The demure white wrappers hide rich deep colours that will take your breath away (or should I say garlic breath).

We have been growing these on Livingseeds Farm for many years, this release is the culmination of many years of effort by multiple people to ensure that you get outstanding new garlic varieties.

If you live in a winter rainfall area, we strongly recommend that you use Biogrow Copper Soap on your garlic plants. Spray preventatively for rust every 2-3 weeks with a mixture of 50% of the minimum dose and water.
