years. With their dense frilly leaves, this herb is most commonly used for garnish. Highly underrated, Parsley has one of the broadest ranges of essential and trace
minerals of any herb out there. We chuck handfuls into our juicing machine for all
the added minerals that it provides. A real nutritional powerhouse.
