Green Beauty Pea is a snow pea, best harvested for it's sweet tender pods before they fill out. A wonderful producer of crispy, tasty pods that are great used raw in salads, but really make their mark when steamed or flash fried as a snap pea.

Tall plants that require staking, these will be heavy bearers of large, tender, sweet pods. The pods remain tender even at full size.
