Originating from Samarkand in Uzbekistan, this is a garlic variety that originates from Asia the ancestral home of garlic.

A beautiful garlic that has white outer wrapper leaves and pretty striped inner wrapper leaves.

Mildly pungent with a long lingering flavour that rolls around your mouth. Like all garlic's, once roasted sweetness comes to the fore, but the extended flavour of this superb variety will hold fast in your mouth.

Pairs exceptionally well with fish and poultry dishes.

If you live in a winter rainfall area, we strongly recommend that you use Biogrow Copper Soap on your garlic plants. Spray preventatively for rust every 2-3 weeks with a mixture of 50% of the minimum dose and water.
