Jalapeno's are a firm favorite in our home. We have an affinity for feta-filled Jalapeno Poppers and invest a fair amount of time making these stunning bacon wrapped poppers every year.

So, one requirement is a large tasty Jalapeno, that still has a bit of a bite. These Purple Jalapenos fit the bill! We prefer them purple as the flavour is not as sweet as the ripe red ones, however each to his own.
