• Queen Laurie Vegetable Seeds

Capsicum bacattum

Originally from Peru, this variety is an outstanding producer of a bounty of flavouful pods that have slightly more bite than a Jalapeno. Hot, but not too hot, full of flavour from the first bite.

The pods ripen from green to a stunning orange. Being a larger pod, they make great stuffers and add a sweet, fruity flavour to jams and sauces.

The crunchy, sweet and fruity flavour will be enhanced by removing the seeds and the placenta.

Produces well in hotter as well as cooler climates, extending the growing season somewhat. Can get up to 1.5m tall and may require some support.

Standard packet contains approx 25 seeds

Petite packet contains approx 10 seeds
