Trifolium pratense

A wonderful green manure, it's long taproot lifts minerals and trace elements from deep down in the soil up to the soil surface. As well as being a nitrogen fixer, once the taproot has been cut in late winter, the plant dies down and leaves behind an extensive roots system to increase the soils organic matter.

Plant from Feb-Early April.

100gr

Using Cloverflo-Rhizobium bacteria when planting your clover seed is the most cost effective way of putting nitrogen fixing bacteria into your soil, creating healthier soil for a more productive harvest.
