A wonderful Asian green that can be harvested from day 25 at baby-leaf stage, and day 45 for mature leaves. Their leaves are purple-red, flat, wide, and serrated. It is a low-maintenance and easy-to-grow crop, preferring cooler weather.
Mizuna makes a wonderful tangy addition to any salad.
