An Heirloom from Northern Italy.

A cauliflower that looks like a spinning top. These stunning green cauliflowers are crisp and tender with heads that can grow to 20cms across.

The plants will continue to produce smaller heads after the main head has been harvested. Delicious raw or cooked.

The main head is usually ready to harvest around 170 days.
