We have found that Ronaldo cooks up really well, making them a great, versatile variety for superb boiled, roasted or even salad potatoes. Their flavour is somewhat buttery, making for delicious baked potatoes. They have a divinely soft and fluffy flesh, which is enhanced by oven or fire baking.

Microwaving them reduces their flavour and eating quality, so to get the best out of these potatoes, take the time to cook them well.
