Salad Burnet is a herb that is also a member of the rose family. The leaves are rounded with ridged edges.

Leaves are a great addition into salads and sandwiches, as well as into lemonades and wine spritzers, that adds a cucumber like flavour. They can also be used to add flavour into dips, tossed into soups, eggs and other hot dishes right at the last minute. The young leaves have the best flavour.

Does well in both full sun and partial shade. Ready to harvest from day 70.
