Capsicum baccatum
This chilli is originally from the Philippines. In the native language, Tagalog, "Sili" means chilli pepper. This is an easy-to-grow, long-season chilli and prolific producer. The fruits start off green, green with a touch of purple, then light orange, orange with a touch of red, until a glowing orange mature chilli.
The chillies have a sweet and fruity flavour that adds a delicious bite to a salad, salsa or stir-fry.
