Sorghum bicolor
Stunning popping sorghum! This sorghum can be popped exactly like you would pop normal popcorn, make sure the kernels are cleaned of any chaff and plant matter. Otherwise it's as simple as normal corn. Any un-popped kernels are edible and the cool thing is sorghum has twice the fiber of regular popcorn.
Indian Red Popping Corn is a massive grower with plants easily reaching 3m tall. Not as heavily attacked by birds as Ames Amber and Honey Drip.
